We are HUGE fans of Old Flame Records, and we've got a review in the works local band and label darling, Total Babes.  While letting that one brew, we caught wind of Atlanta-based "Turf War" via Aquarium Drunkard.  In September, Turf War will be releasing Years of Living Dangerously, and "Cheers to the Years" is one of the best straight-laced rock n' roll jams I've heard all year.  Like a bag of potato chips, I keep reaching in for more with this one. Infectious rhythm, vocals that toe the line between irreverence and charm, and energy filled guitar fills make this track the total package.  The album was produced by a member of The Black Lips, and we'll keep you posted as the release nears.  Good things coming from Old Flame Recs these days.  Hop on board.
